Development Update at College Crescent – 18/08/15

The roof is now being stripped and replaced, with new facia/soffits fitted to the front & rear of the building.

All of the ventilation is now in place and the new water mains has been installed to each flat.

New metal stud partitions are being fitted to every floor and the rear extension is at first floor level.
