Development Update at College Crescent – 04/12/15

The top three floors have now been plastered and the kitchens fitted in studios 7,8 and 9.  Tiling in the top floor bathrooms has also been completed and the sanitary ware is being fitted.  New stair treads, spindles and refurbished hand rail were installed over the last three weekends.

It is anticipated that all the internal work will be completed by the end of February 2016, with exterior work completed towards the middle of March.

Local agents will be be instructed to start marketing the studios and flats at the end of January 2016.  It is also our intention to relocate a regulated tenant, Mr Tan, to one of the studios on the third floor.

We have submitted an insurance claim to replace the porch, balcony and possibly the exterior front steps, as they have been badly affected by subsidence.  Quotations will be supplied once we have received the structural engineers report. An inspection of the porch by the loss adjuster will take place on the 15th December.
