Development Update at College Crescent – 16/07/16

We have now rectified all the damage caused by the flood and achieved practical completion for the studios and ground floor flat. The lower ground floor flat will achieve practical completion on Wednesday 20th July.

Works on the front area will commence on the 7th August with completion expected by the end of the month.
