Development Update at College Crescent – 15/11/16

The main contractors completed the redevelopment of 17 College Crescent in July and the property was completely let by September 2016, the total rent achieved is £193,500 per annum.

Another contractor was then instructed to complete the front area to the property, which included laying individual brick pavers, tiling the front steps with Victorian tiles and fixing metal railings to the steps and parapet wall.

During September 2016, we also arranged for the Sale of our freehold interest at Cheshunt Wash.
