Development Update at College Crescent – 23/09/15

The rear extension has been fully constructed and is now water tight, with the Coping stones on we are now ready to render.  The new concrete windowsills have been fitted and new windows are currently being installed.

New tanks are being installed to the 3rd & 2nd floors, we have also fire lined, above and around, all of the A/C units and water tanks.  The soil & water supplies are now in place in each flat and the new water connection is being laid within the public footpath.

Electricians are fitting new fuse boards in each flat and finalising all of the 1st fix, so that we can close the internal walls, ready for plastering.
