Development Update at College Crescent – 28/08/15

The parapet walls have been replaced & re-rendered on either side of the roof and re-roofing work has started to the rear of the property.

All of the electrical wall chases are now complete and ventilation units have been fitted to the 2nd & 3rd floors.

Metal stud work & plaster boarding is being fitted on the ground floor and entrance lobby. A false ceiling is in the process of being erected to the ground floor flat including the entrance lobby area.
