Development Update at College Crescent – 07/09/15

It has been established that the render to the front elevation of the building is loose and in danger of falling off, this will need to be removed and the wall re-rendered.

We have removed the ornate and decorative features as they were loose and dangerous, also the concrete overhang has sagged over the years and will have to be replaced.

The roof to the front and rear of the property has been leveled and is now complete, the rear extension is also nearing completion.
