Development Update College Crescent – 10/05/16

Progress is being made on the front elevation where all the rendering, new mouldings and painting will be completed by the 27th May, after which the scaffolding will be removed. Work on the front forecourt will start on Monday 30th May.

All the fitted furniture has now been completed in both flats and the new wooden shutters are being fitted to the front room and bedroom of the ground floor flat. Once fitted, the decorators will complete their work so the flat can be marketed by the agents.

The lower ground floor flat is also nearing completion, with the kitchen now in place and only the glass splash back to be fitted. The rear garden area has also been completed apart from erecting a permanent housing for the exterior Ventax extractor.

A snagging list is being prepared for the nine studio flats now that all the electric meters have been installed in the area under the external stairs.
